I've been in Bhutan and few nations deserve stability and happiness more than Bhutan. The people, who only emerged from isolation a short time ago, are as fabulous as the scenery. It's nice to see someone--- that would be you, David--- paying attention!
Very interesting, to read the sharp analysis in Le Monde, not to mention the German reality-press.
Back in the 1960-80s, Le Monde was the world authority and record-keeper, for global affairs, far better staffed, and more reliable than NYT. To see such plain words back in an article means that the French are very worried for life in Europe.
At least Slovakia has returned (for profit) to supply Ukraine. That is immensely helpful. Perhaps Hungary, and even US Republicans, will also see the light.
